Solving Issues with Email Verification

    In this article, we describe how to finish email verification, or resolve the errors appearing during verification

    Couldn't create an admin account

    When you verify an instance, Exalate will create an admin account for you, so you could receive error notifications.

    If an account wasn't created, you will receive an error message.

    How to proceed?

    1. Press Continue.
    2. Set up error notifications for administrators manually. Check out Set up error notifications for more details.

    Couldn't set up a license

    If Exalate couldn't activate a license, you will get the following error message:

    2. Activate the license manually in the License Details tab. Check out How to set up an Evaluation License for more information.

    Couldn't set admin and license

    If Exalate couldn't create a license and create an admin, you will receive a pop up with the following info:

    2. Activate the license in the License Details tab. Check out How to set up an Evaluation License for more information.
    3. Set up error notifications for administrators. Check out Set up error notifications for more details.

    The instance wasn't verified

    Sometimes, your instance couldn't be verified because:

    • You didn't get an email.
    • There was an error during verification.

    In these cases you will see an on-screen message, explaining what happened, and how to send a request to our support.

    Submit a request with your instance UID to our support:

    Your instance UID will be displayed when you see the message.
